عن مشروع ريزي
ريزي (Rizi) هو جزء من مشروع هلبرتون (Holperton) ويُقدَّم كمشروع مجاني غير ربحي للأغراض التعليمية والتطويرية. لا يترتب على استخدام هذا المشروع أي التزام قانوني أو جزائي على الفريق المطوّر، ولا يُعتبر التطبيق منتجاً تجارياً.
يستخدم التطبيق على مسؤولية المستخدم وحده، ولا يتحمّل الفريق المطوّر أي ضرر مباشر أو غير مباشر ينتج عن استخدامه.
١. القبول بالشروط
باستخدام منصة ريزي (الموقع، تطبيق المنظّم، تطبيق الزائر) فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط بالكامل. إذا لم توافق، يرجى التوقف عن استخدام المنصة.
٢. وصف الخدمة
ريزي منصة لإدارة الفعاليات تتيح:
- • إنشاء صفحات فعاليات عامة.
- • إدارة قوائم الضيوف ونماذج التسجيل.
- • مسح رموز QR للدخول الفوري.
- • استعراض إحصائيات الحضور وتصدير البيانات.
الخدمة مقدَّمة مجاناً وبدون أي ضمان تجاري.
٣. الحساب والمسؤولية
- • أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات تسجيل الدخول الخاصة بك.
- • أنت مسؤول عن جميع الفعاليات والمحتوى الذي تنشره من حسابك.
- • يحق لنا تعليق أي حساب يُستخدم لأغراض مخالفة دون إشعار مسبق.
٤. المحتوى المسموح
يُمنع نشر أو تنظيم فعاليات تحتوي على:
- • محتوى يخالف الأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- • خطاب كراهية أو تحريض أو تمييز.
- • محتوى مضلل أو احتيالي.
- • مواد تنتهك حقوق الملكية الفكرية لأطراف أخرى.
٥. الخصوصية
تعامُلنا مع بياناتك موضَّح بالتفصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.
٦. إخلاء المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي" دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية. الفريق المطوّر غير مسؤول عن:
- • انقطاع الخدمة أو فقدان البيانات.
- • أي خسائر مباشرة أو غير مباشرة تنتج عن الاستخدام.
- • محتوى أو سلوك المستخدمين الآخرين على المنصة.
- • أي قرارات تتخذها بناءً على البيانات الظاهرة في التطبيق.
٧. التعديلات
قد نُحدِّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. التغييرات تسري فور نشرها على هذه الصفحة. استمرار استخدامك للمنصة بعد التحديث يعني قبولك للشروط الجديدة.

About the Rizi project
Rizi is part of the Holperton project and is offered as a free, non-commercial educational/development project. Using this project does not create any legal or criminal obligation on the development team, and the app is not considered a commercial product.
The app is used at the user's sole responsibility. The development team is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from its use.
1. Acceptance
By using the Rizi platform (the website, the Organizer app, the Visitor app), you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.
2. The service
Rizi lets you:
- • Publish event landing pages.
- • Manage guest lists and registration forms.
- • Scan QR codes for fast check-in.
- • See attendance metrics and export data.
The service is provided free of charge, without any commercial guarantee.
3. Account & responsibility
- • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secret.
- • You are responsible for all events and content published from your account.
- • We may suspend any account used in violation of these terms, without prior notice.
4. Allowed content
Events and content must not contain:
- • Material that violates Saudi Arabian law.
- • Hate speech, incitement, or discrimination.
- • Misleading or fraudulent material.
- • Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
5. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The development team is not liable for:
- • Service interruptions or data loss.
- • Any direct or indirect damages arising from use.
- • Content or behavior of other users on the platform.
- • Any decisions you make based on the data shown in the app.
7. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the new terms.
