كيف أنشئ فعالية جديدة؟
أنشئ حساب منظّم من rizi.app ثم أضف فعاليتك من لوحة التحكّم. ستظهر فوراً في تطبيق ريزي للمنظّمين على جوّالك.
كيف أسجّل دخول الضيوف؟
من شاشة الفعالية اضغط زر المسح في الشريط السفلي، ثم وجّه الكاميرا إلى رمز QR الخاص بالضيف. يعمل المسح حتى بدون اتصال ويتزامن تلقائياً.
هل يمكنني تصدير بيانات الحضور؟
نعم، يمكنك تصدير قوائم الضيوف والتسجيلات بصيغة CSV من قسم الضيوف في التطبيق أو من لوحة التحكّم على الويب.
كيف أحذف حسابي؟
راسلنا عبر البريد أو واتساب أدناه وسنحذف حسابك وكل بياناتك المرتبطة به خلال مدة قصيرة.

Frequently asked questions
How do I create a new event?
Create an organizer account at rizi.app, then add your event from the dashboard. It appears instantly in the Rizi Organizer app on your phone.
How do I check guests in?
On the event screen, tap the scan button in the bottom bar and point the camera at the guest's QR code. Scanning works offline and syncs automatically.
Can I export attendance data?
Yes — export guest lists and registrations as CSV from the Guests section in the app or from the web dashboard.
How do I delete my account?
Email or WhatsApp us below and we'll delete your account and all associated data shortly.
