Rizi is an event management platform and part of IB — مؤسسة اعمال التكاملية للاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات (Integrated Business), unified number 7040798774. “Platform” covers the Rizi website, Organizer and Visitor apps, and related services. “Rizi”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean IB in its capacity as operator and provider of Rizi services, rather than an assumed separate legal entity. An organizer creates and manages an event; a visitor browses, registers or attends; a user includes both.

These terms are effective from May 21, 2026. That date does not retrospectively impose obligations on earlier transactions that were not accepted. These terms are read with the Privacy Policy and any accepted service order or agreement. Written special terms prevail for the service they govern, subject always to mandatory law.

By creating an account, confirming registration or ordering a service after these terms are made available, you accept the terms relevant to that use. If you disagree, do not create an account or order a service; contact us about existing obligations. You must have legal capacity to contract. Minors may use eligible services with guardian supervision and consent where required, subject to event age limits. Anyone acting for an organization must be authorized to bind it.

Depending on available features or the agreed plan, Rizi provides event pages, registration forms, invitations, guest management, entry codes and scanning, attendance reports and event communications. Rizi provides technology and is not automatically the organizer or owner of listed events. Publication is not endorsement. Organizers are responsible for delivery, permits, safety and attendee services unless Rizi expressly accepts an additional role in writing.

Keep account details accurate, protect passwords and verification codes, and grant access only to authorized people who need it. Organization administrators manage team permissions and revoke access when roles end. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly. Responsibility depends on cause, each party’s duties and applicable law; users are not automatically responsible for platform security failures.

Organizers must accurately disclose and update event descriptions, locations, dates, prices, entry and cancellation conditions, and notify registrants of material changes. They obtain permits and content rights, provide safety arrangements and comply with capacity and regulatory requirements. Guest lists may be imported or shared only on a lawful basis. Organizers provide required privacy notices, restrict access and avoid undisclosed data uses or marketing without the required lawful basis.

Registration may depend on organizer approval, availability or eligibility. An invitation or waitlist entry is not confirmed admission unless expressly confirmed. Check event details before registering. Entry codes are personal under the event’s rules and may not be copied, sold or transferred without permission. Appropriate verification may be required. Visitors follow safety and conduct rules; refusal or removal must comply with law and disclosed conditions, preserving applicable refund rights.

Services may be free or paid. Browsing alone creates no fee. Prices, currency, taxes and additional charges, if any, must be disclosed before confirmation. Subscriptions and automatic renewals require disclosure of price, duration and cancellation method and the necessary consent. The accepted order identifies the supplier, scope, payment and invoicing terms. For independent events, the seller and its terms must be identified before purchase. Financial document tools do not promise collection services or certified accounting. Price changes apply to new orders or properly notified and accepted renewals, not retrospectively to confirmed orders.

Cancellation and refund conditions must be disclosed before ordering. “Non-refundable” wording cannot remove statutory rights, including withdrawal or termination for delay or non-performance where applicable. Organizers must notify registrants of cancellations, postponements or material changes and explain alternatives and refund rights. The seller handles amounts due; Rizi helps route requests where it is not the seller. For Rizi services, send support the order reference and issue, never full card details or verification codes. We explain the decision and, when due, the refund amount, method and expected timing under payment arrangements and law. Account closure does not erase valid charges for properly delivered services.

Fraud, impersonation, misleading content, harassment, hate speech, unlawful content and infringement are prohibited. Attendee data must not be sold or scraped without authorization and a lawful basis. Do not bypass permissions or service limits, disrupt services, upload malware or access others’ data. Security testing requires written authorization. Report vulnerabilities privately to support without exploiting them or disclosing affected data.

Users or their licensors retain their content rights. Uploading grants Rizi a non-exclusive permission to host, technically copy, display and transmit content as necessary to provide the service and chosen publication settings, for the necessary period and legally required retention. This does not authorize marketing use of user logos or images without separate permission. Platform software, designs and marks remain their owners’ property. Users receive limited use rights, not ownership or resale rights, subject to legal exceptions. Send substantiated infringement reports to support.

The Privacy Policy explains processing, purposes, data rights and request channels. Acceptance is not blanket consent to marketing or processing that needs separate consent. Roles depend on actual processing and agreements: organizers generally determine the purposes for their event data, while Rizi processes it to provide services under lawful instructions. Rizi remains responsible for processing whose purposes and means it determines. Applicable rights to information, access, copies, correction, destruction and consent withdrawal are exercised under Saudi personal data protection law and its regulations. Providers and international transfers remain subject to legal requirements; IB affiliation does not authorize unrestricted sharing.

Necessary operational notices may include registration confirmations, event updates, security alerts and invoices sent through available contact channels. Organizers must respect lawful bases, recipient settings and channel provider terms. Marketing requires consent where applicable and an appropriate opt-out. Opting out of marketing does not cancel notices needed for an existing order. Delivery may be affected by incorrect contact details, networks or recipient settings.

The platform may integrate maps, payments, messaging or hosting. Disclosed third-party terms apply to their services without removing Rizi’s own obligations or legal duties in selecting processors. Where AI tools are available, outputs are assistance and may be inaccurate. Review content, names, numbers and rights before publication or sending. Outputs are not legal or financial approval or a guarantee of accuracy. Do not input sensitive or third-party data without authority and an appropriate lawful basis.

We operate and maintain the platform with reasonable care. Maintenance, technical issues or events outside our control may interrupt service. Continuous availability or a specific service level requires an express agreement, without affecting statutory or contractual duties. Features and apps may be updated. We notify affected users of changes materially reducing an existing paid service and address their contractual and legal rights. Organizers should retain authorized copies of essential records and plan for offline entry contingencies.

We may proportionately restrict access or remove content for a material breach, security risk or legal requirement. Where feasible and lawful, we explain the reason and allow correction or appeal; immediate action may be needed for safety or legal compliance. You may request account closure through support. We explain effects on active events, payments and data, and permit requests for data you are entitled to receive where law and security allow. Deletion remains subject to required retention and others’ rights. Provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.

Each party is responsible for its breaches and attributable harm under applicable law. Rizi does not guarantee independent organizers’ acts or all their content, while remaining responsible for handling reports within its legal role. These terms do not exclude liability for fraud, gross fault, data protection breaches or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Compensation depends on proven harm, causation and applicable law or a valid agreement. Users do not waive all rights or automatically indemnify unproven claims.

Where an event beyond reasonable control prevents performance, its actual effect is assessed under law and the contract. The affected party should be notified where possible and reasonable efforts made to mitigate harm and resume performance. Such events do not automatically extinguish amounts owed to users for unprovided services or statutory termination and refund rights.

We publish updated terms and their effective date, give affected users reasonable advance notice of material changes where possible and obtain fresh consent where required. Changes do not retrospectively alter accrued rights or confirmed orders without valid agreement or legal requirement. If you cannot accept a change, stop new orders and contact us about ending an existing service while preserving rights. Invalid provisions do not invalidate the remainder where separable; failure to enforce is not a waiver. English is provided for convenience; Arabic prevails to the extent permitted by law.

Saudi Arabian law governs these terms. Send complaints to Rizi support with contact details, order reference if available, an explanation and necessary evidence, excluding unnecessary sensitive information. We seek amicable resolution and explain the next steps or information needed. Contacting us does not prevent approaching competent regulators or Saudi courts, suspend statutory time limits or require waiving access to justice.
