How do I create a new event?
Create an organizer account at rizi.app, then add your event from the dashboard. It appears instantly in the Rizi Organizer app on your phone.
How do I check guests in?
On the event screen, tap the scan button in the bottom bar and point the camera at the guest's QR code. Scanning works offline and syncs automatically.
Can I export attendance data?
Yes — export guest lists and registrations as CSV from the Guests section in the app or from the web dashboard.
How do I delete my account?
Email or WhatsApp us below and we'll delete your account and all associated data shortly.
