What Rizi can do

Event articles and published updates

Give guests useful reasons to return to the event site.

A practical way to begin

Use event articles to explain the program, introduce a topic or share confirmed updates. The event blog workspace keeps publishing connected to the event, while page elements can present the available articles. Choose a clear title, relevant cover and a useful next step for each piece. Keep event announcements separate from operational instructions that must remain immediately visible on the main page.

  1. Choose a question or update that matters to guests.
  2. Review the article, cover and event links.
  3. Publish the approved update and keep time-sensitive details current.

Before you begin

Use approved images and factual claims. Give the reader information that helps them decide or prepare, rather than repeating promotional keywords.

How this connects to the rest of your event

Event websites and ready-made templates

Start with your event name, choose its type and select Essential, Editorial or Evening. Each design includes an introduction, event details, arrival guidance, a registration form and questions for guests. Dates and venues can be added when confirmed. The quick editor handles the essentials; Studio gives you individual pages, sections, images and navigation when you need more control.

Event email campaigns and templates

Rizi includes an email marketing workspace, campaign preparation and an email design studio. Use these tools to organize the audience and content before sending through a configured connection. A useful event email has a clear reason, recognizable sender and one primary next step. Review the recipient list, links and unsubscribe handling before release, then distinguish queued work from actual delivery results.

Event website tracking and measurement

The tracking settings support configured measurement providers such as GA4, Google Tag Manager and available advertising pixels. Use the provider’s correct identifier and verify the installation on the published event site. Measurement helps frame questions about visits and registrations, but attribution depends on the provider, setup and available data. Coordinate the configuration with your organization’s privacy and consent choices.

RIZI ELITE

Prefer a team to handle the details?

Rizi Elite White Glove offers an agreed level of invitation coordination, RSVP follow-up, guest reception and on-site support. Tell us about the occasion, audience and the support you need. We shape the scope and team around your requirements, with optional arrangements confirmed in your proposal.

Questions before you start

Do I need to build the page from scratch?

No. Start with a complete ready-made design and edit the event essentials. Registration is connected to the event. Studio remains available for extra sections and individual layout changes.

Can the event page use more than one language?

Yes. The starters include English, Arabic, Spanish, French and German. Choose a main language and enable the editions your guests need. Review your own translated content before publishing.

Can I manage it myself or ask Rizi for support?

Use the platform with your own team, or discuss a White Glove proposal for invitation and guest-management support. Staffing, on-site responsibilities and optional services are agreed for your occasion.
