A practical way to begin

Use the outreach workspace to keep activities and tasks alongside contacts and partner opportunities. Record the context, outcome and next action so work can continue across the team. This is useful when several people are coordinating exhibitors, sponsors or clients at once. A task is a work record: confirm the actual conversation and delivery separately rather than treating a planned activity as completed.

  1. Link the activity to the right contact or opportunity.
  2. Record the outcome and the next task.
  3. Review outstanding work before the event deadline.

Before you begin

Use a short, actionable description for every task. Agree the owner and the evidence needed to mark it complete.

How this connects to the rest of your event

Event contacts and relationship management

Use the contacts workspace to organize the organizations and people involved in your event. Guest attendance and a commercial relationship have different purposes: one helps reception, the other helps your team coordinate conversations, proposals and follow-up. Consistent contact details make it easier to connect an opportunity to the right person and avoid rebuilding context every time a teammate picks up the conversation.

Sponsor and partner opportunities

The partner workspace brings opportunities into the context of one event. Record who you are speaking with, which package or arrangement is relevant and what needs to happen next. This helps separate an early discussion from an agreed commitment. Use approved partner names and logos on public pages only when the arrangement is confirmed; a pipeline entry alone is not an endorsement.

Exhibitor manuals and preparation tasks

The exhibitor manual lets the organizer arrange information into sections and define preparation tasks with deadlines. This is useful for required materials, operational instructions and the handover before doors open. Write each instruction around one action and identify who it applies to. Keep the published manual aligned with decisions from the venue and operations team; the manual communicates those decisions rather than replacing them.

RIZI ELITE

Prefer a team to handle the details?

Questions before you start

Do I need to build the page from scratch?

No. Start with a complete ready-made design and edit the event essentials. Registration is connected to the event. Studio remains available for extra sections and individual layout changes.

Can the event page use more than one language?

Yes. The starters include English, Arabic, Spanish, French and German. Choose a main language and enable the editions your guests need. Review your own translated content before publishing.

Can I manage it myself or ask Rizi for support?

Use the platform with your own team, or discuss a White Glove proposal for invitation and guest-management support. Staffing, on-site responsibilities and optional services are agreed for your occasion.
