What Rizi can do

Partnership packages and offers

Describe the participation offer clearly before it becomes a proposal.

A practical way to begin

Build reusable participation packages for the event, then connect the relevant offer to partner discussions and documents. A strong package explains the deliverables and boundaries in plain language: placement, participation and agreed support should be distinguishable. Keep package names and benefits consistent across the team so a conversation, a quotation and the eventual delivery describe the same arrangement.

  1. Define the package name and included deliverables.
  2. Review the offer with the people responsible for delivery.
  3. Use the approved package in the relevant proposal.

Before you begin

Write explicit deliverables and exclusions. Confirm quantities, placement and any deadline for partner-provided assets.

How this connects to the rest of your event

Sponsor and partner opportunities

The partner workspace brings opportunities into the context of one event. Record who you are speaking with, which package or arrangement is relevant and what needs to happen next. This helps separate an early discussion from an agreed commitment. Use approved partner names and logos on public pages only when the arrangement is confirmed; a pipeline entry alone is not an endorsement.

Event quotations and invoices

Prepare quotations and invoices from the event’s document workspace with the relevant client, package and opportunity in view. Clear line items and agreed terms reduce uncertainty during approval and handover. Review the document before sharing it and keep its status current. Your organization remains responsible for checking its billing information, tax treatment and required legal details.

Exhibitor management and directories

Organize exhibitor profiles and present the relevant information to visitors. Rizi includes an exhibitor workspace and a live exhibitor-list page element that reads event records. This helps keep names, logos and booth information connected to the event. Prepare the directory around what visitors need to find, and review each profile before it becomes public rather than publishing incomplete or unapproved information.

Your first page is already thought through.

Choose your event type and start with Essential, Editorial or Evening. Every design includes a guest introduction, practical details, arrival guidance, registration and questions. Add your own name and confirmed arrangements, review the result and publish when you are ready. Open Studio when you need more pages or a different layout.

RIZI ELITE

Prefer a team to handle the details?

Questions before you start

Do I need to build the page from scratch?

No. Start with a complete ready-made design and edit the event essentials. Registration is connected to the event. Studio remains available for extra sections and individual layout changes.

Can the event page use more than one language?

Yes. The starters include English, Arabic, Spanish, French and German. Choose a main language and enable the editions your guests need. Review your own translated content before publishing.

Can I manage it myself or ask Rizi for support?

Use the platform with your own team, or discuss a White Glove proposal for invitation and guest-management support. Staffing, on-site responsibilities and optional services are agreed for your occasion.
