What Rizi can do

Workshops and participant coordination

Make the learning session easy to understand, join and prepare for.

A practical way to begin

A workshop invitation should explain the topic, expected experience and what participants need to bring. Use the workshop workspace to organize the sessions connected to your event, and your event site to explain the learning experience. Ask relevant registration questions and review the participant list before the session. Keep materials and certificate arrangements clear rather than promising outcomes that depend on attendance or organizer approval.

  1. Define the session topic, timing and participant requirements.
  2. Prepare registration and explain what participants should bring.
  3. Review attendance before preparing the follow-up and certificates.

Before you begin

Confirm the facilitator, room capacity and required equipment. Make prerequisites visible before asking people to register.

How this connects to the rest of your event

Attendance certificates and verification

Rizi’s workshop tools include certificate preparation and a public verification route. Review participant names and your attendance criteria before issuing certificates. A clear certificate identifies the organizer, session and participant without implying accreditation that has not been granted. Give recipients a consistent way to access the certificate and let the verification page provide the corresponding record.

Event registration forms and submissions

The ready-made page already connects its form to your event. Start with name and contact details, then add relevant fields such as organization or role in Studio. The submissions screen gathers responses, supports filtering and exports CSV for operational preparation. Keep required questions short: a long form asks guests to do more work before they even know whether they can attend.

Event agendas and speaker profiles

Keep session information and speaker profiles in the event workspace, then present the program clearly on your event site. A useful agenda includes the session name, timing and location, with enough context to help guests choose. Speaker introductions should explain the person’s connection to the subject. Review any manually authored page elements when the operational schedule changes so the published information stays consistent.

Questions before you start

Do I need to build the page from scratch?

No. Start with a complete ready-made design and edit the event essentials. Registration is connected to the event. Studio remains available for extra sections and individual layout changes.

Can the event page use more than one language?

Yes. The starters include English, Arabic, Spanish, French and German. Choose a main language and enable the editions your guests need. Review your own translated content before publishing.

Can I manage it myself or ask Rizi for support?

Use the platform with your own team, or discuss a White Glove proposal for invitation and guest-management support. Staffing, on-site responsibilities and optional services are agreed for your occasion.
