A practical way to begin

Rizi brings conference, seminar, forum and exhibition operations together: a bilingual website, agenda, speaker profiles, sponsor and exhibitor logos, registration forms, QR badges, email confirmations and door check-in. A managed implementation can adapt the experience to your identity and custom domain. Agree the required scope before launch.

  1. Define the format, audience and languages.
  2. Prepare the website, registration and badge identity.
  3. Test QR access and email delivery before opening registration.

How this connects to the rest of your event

Event websites and ready-made templates

Start with your event name, choose its type and select Essential, Editorial or Evening. Each design includes an introduction, event details, arrival guidance, a registration form and questions for guests. Dates and venues can be added when confirmed. The quick editor handles the essentials; Studio gives you individual pages, sections, images and navigation when you need more control.

Event registration forms and submissions

The ready-made page already connects its form to your event. Start with name and contact details, then add relevant fields such as organization or role in Studio. The submissions screen gathers responses, supports filtering and exports CSV for operational preparation. Keep required questions short: a long form asks guests to do more work before they even know whether they can attend.

Conference badges and QR access

Prepare branded badges for attendees, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, organizers and volunteers, with VIP, VVIP and private designs where configured. Include a name or number, role and QR code; add an approved portrait or company logo when available. Conference badge delivery supports email and printable PDF. Ask Rizi to configure the appropriate templates for your conference before issuing badges.

Event agendas and speaker profiles

Keep session information and speaker profiles in the event workspace, then present the program clearly on your event site. A useful agenda includes the session name, timing and location, with enough context to help guests choose. Speaker introductions should explain the person’s connection to the subject. Review any manually authored page elements when the operational schedule changes so the published information stays consistent.

Exhibitor management and directories

Organize exhibitor profiles and present the relevant information to visitors. Rizi includes an exhibitor workspace and a live exhibitor-list page element that reads event records. This helps keep names, logos and booth information connected to the event. Prepare the directory around what visitors need to find, and review each profile before it becomes public rather than publishing incomplete or unapproved information.

Event registration and attendance analytics

Use the analytics workspace to review the event’s recorded activity and prepare a useful debrief. Registration numbers describe one stage; recorded arrivals describe another. Read the available figures with the event date, guest categories and operational context in mind. This helps the team identify questions to investigate, such as incomplete registration or late arrivals, without treating every change in a chart as a proven cause.

RIZI ELITE

Prefer a team to handle the details?

Questions before you start

Do I need to build the page from scratch?

No. Start with a complete ready-made design and edit the event essentials. Registration is connected to the event. Studio remains available for extra sections and individual layout changes.

Can the event page use more than one language?

Yes. The starters include English, Arabic, Spanish, French and German. Choose a main language and enable the editions your guests need. Review your own translated content before publishing.

Can I manage it myself or ask Rizi for support?

Use the platform with your own team, or discuss a White Glove proposal for invitation and guest-management support. Staffing, on-site responsibilities and optional services are agreed for your occasion.
